OVERALL ROLE DESCRIPTION
The Social Content Strategist drives cohesive organic and paid content plans across social media channels. This includes owning content calendars, paid social media strategies, setting up, optimizing, and reporting on social campaigns, and owning social listening and community engagement. Your role will span strategy development through execution. The Social Content Strategist is expected to apply their social mastery to deliver against the clients’ goals.

OVERALL ROLE DESCRIPTION
The Social Content Strategist drives cohesive organic and paid content plans across social media channels. This includes owning content calendars, paid social media strategies, setting up, optimizing, and reporting on social campaigns, and owning social listening and community engagement. Your role will span strategy development through execution. The Social Content Strategist is expected to apply their social mastery to deliver against the clients’ goals.
SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES
- Drive the strategy behind and day-to-day management of multiple social campaigns, acting as the link between our clients and their social followers
- Own social best practices and relationships with key platforms
- Develop and implement paid and organic social strategies to align with our client’s business goals
- Manage final content calendars, ensuring that copy and assets are aligned with strategic direction and optimally drive campaign goals
- Responsible for gathering the research and data needed to formulate tactical plan development and recommendation for client delivery
- Monitor SEO and user engagement and suggest content optimization
- Research new social media platforms, trends and research and relay it back to the broader team
- Handle community engagement and social listening to improve campaign performance
REQUIREMENTS
- At least 3+ years of social strategy experience
- Mastery of all relevant tools for reporting, analytics, and competitive analysis
- A clear passion for social media and trends
- Excellent attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as strong presentation skills
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and has strong time management and multitasking abilities
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently and collaborate with a team
- Above all, kindness, composure, and relentless curiosity
